Ray is a medical graduate. A part-time but passionate beauty blogger. Caring about others came naturally to her along with her profession be it health-wise or beauty blogging. Being a newbie herself she wanted to build a community of new beauty bloggers to help each other grow. NBBN was an attempt to create a such a group of like people to support & promote each other in a healthy, competitive way. With some help from her gorgeous friends, this group was created to cater to the needs of newbies trying to carve their niche in this beauty world.
